THE EXCRETORY SYSTEM The excretory system is a system that removes excess waste that is produced from the body. The waste is produced from excess fluids given off from bodily organs. The waste produced from an organ varies on its function within the organism. The excretory system gets rid of waste in different forms such as; urine, feces, sweat, and vomit. The system in essential in every phylum. it is used in the lungs or gills, the kidneys, the urnary bladder, the uretha, and the ureter. It is also used in the process of defecation.
